Welcome to Two Beaches! We're Tina and Phil Savelle, owners of this 4-star Gold bed & breakfast at 27 St Andrews Road, Paignton TQ4 6HA. We've poured our hearts into creating a relaxed, genuinely friendly space where you can enjoy the very best of South Devon. Just 10–15 minutes on foot from both Paignton Beach and Goodrington Sands, with free on-site parking for every room, we make it easy to arrive, settle in, and start exploring.
Our 7 en-suite rooms range from a cosy single (from £55/night) to spacious superior rooms with sea views (from £80/night). Every room includes free high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, coffee maker, fridge with fresh milk, and complimentary bottled water. Start your morning with our award-winning cooked breakfast — made with locally sourced ingredients and available to suit vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Then relax in our garden, or help yourself at the honesty bar before heading out.
We're ideally placed for everything the English Riviera has to offer: the South West Coast Path is just minutes away, Paignton Zoo is a short drive, and Paignton train station — with connections to Torquay, Exeter, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway — is about a 10-minute walk.
