COVID-19  YOUR SAFETY MATTERS

You may be wondering what we are doing to help protect you from Covid-19 during your stay at Two Beaches. We have strengthened our existing rigorous cleaning regime by adding additional hygiene and safety measures right across the guest journey from check-in to check-out, designed to help keep our guests and us safe at this important time.

If you show any symptoms relating to COVID-19 during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible and return home to follow Government Guidelines

Two Beaches Full Terms and Conditions 

On Arrival at Two Beaches

Please give an estimated time of arrival when you know your travel arrangements to ensure we are here to welcome you.

On arrival please park with consideration for other guests and observe social distancing guidelines.

Ring the bell and we will be with you as soon as possible.

Please use the auto-dispense hand sanitiser when entering the Property.

To minimise risk we ask guests not to bring visitors onto the Premises.

During your stay at Two Beaches

To minimise our interaction with guest rooms, we will only clean your room if you ask us to – otherwise cleaning will take place automatically after five days. A daily top up service will be provided to replenish hospitality trays and empty waste bins. If you require new linen, additional pillows, hair dryer or ironing facilities, just ask and we will be happy to help

We have restricted the use of some of our public areas to include the guest lounge, bar area and the public toilet. Guests are asked to observe social distancing when using the garden, and to use the hand sanitiser provided when re-entering the building.

Breakfast pre orders are available in your room and we ask guests to leave them ready for collection by 8pm the evening before. We have extended our breakfast service from 8:15am – 9:15am. Breakfast tables have been placed in line with Government Guidelines and your breakfast will be served to you at your table.

When you check out

We ask that guests check out no later than 10:30am on your day of departure. Please leave your keys in your room in readiness to be sanitised. Unfortunately we are unable to store left luggage.
