Follow the M5 Southbound. Leave the M5 at Exeter and join A38 toward Torquay/A380, Stay on the A380 following signs for Torquay.

The A380 eventually leads directly into Newton Abbot, to Penn Inn Roundabout. Follow the signs for the A3022 leading to Paignton Seafront, there you will find the Apollo Complex on your left.

At the end of the road turn right at the roundabout, St.Andrews Road is the second on the left. Keep going for about 400yards and the Two Beaches Hotel is on the left hand side.
